We are open 9am - 10pm / 7 days a week.
Large seashell Mirrors take approximately 2 weeks to create depending on the amount of orders on hand. Your mirror will be put on a waiting list according to the ordering date.
Seashell furniture takes about 10 weeks or more since, there is more decorating involved this is also depending on the size of the piece.
Smaller seashell pieces take about 1 to 2 weeks to create.
I ship USPS and FedEx as well as international. I also ship very large pieces or orders in crates with other shipping companies.
Payment information:
If the order is $400.00 or more I will accept 50% deposit and 50% at the time of shipping. All other orders a full deposit is needed.(have in mind that I have to buy all the materials and pay persons that make my frames and install the mirrors or buy a piece of furniture if required.
Refunds:
Because of the complexity and meticulous nature of this art work, there are no refunds available. However, if there is a dispute with the design, Beatriz will work with the client to correct any design.
